Thrilled to announce that Eelyn Lee is one of ten UK-based directors, lead creatives and producers selected for FUTURE PROOF, a new development lab dedicated to innovative non-fiction cinema and immersive work.
Delivered by Doc Society and FACT Liverpool, and supported by the BFI Creative Challenge Fund, FUTURE PROOF supports filmmakers pushing the boundaries of form, technology, and storytelling. This year’s cohort is developing non-fiction cinema and immersive projects that question the relations between emerging production technologies, image-making, information and truth.✨
Across two residentials in Liverpool and London, plus virtual sessions, participants will join workshops, group development, and curated encounters with leading artists. The lab concludes at CPH:Forum, where projects will be introduced to non-fiction and immersive industry.
